47 boots on the ground for scoring troops. The Tactical squad will sit in the backfield on an objective with the Predator. The Baal Pred and Vindicator will form the center of an AV13 wall, flanked by the A.Barge and Ghost Ark for a four vehicle AV13 wall. The Overlord and Destruction Cryptek will go in the Ghost Ark and fire as the AV13 wall advances. The Jump Troops will follow the AV13 wall out of line of sight as much as possible and will be ready to jump over and swoop in for assault. The Stormraven and Night Scythe (with Storm Cryptek) can either add extra dakka where needed, or go tank hunting. If I can scrape up 10 more points I might trade one squad of the Assault's melta for plasma.

I think I've covered all the bases:
AP2 ordinance for TEQ/MEQ/horde
LasCans/Crypteks/Melta/Gauss for anti-Tank/anti-Transport
High volume dakka multiple AssCans/AutoCan/Teslas/Flayer Arrays for anti-Infantry
Flyers for anti-Flyer and all purpose
AV13 wall for durability
5 squad of scoring troops
A little bit of psyker-ness with the Librarian

Also, how can I scale this back to 1850 and 1750?

You are tight on points, but sponsons for the Baal are well worth it. In fact, I often buy the storm bolter for it, too! 12 shots for the Emprah!

Also, if you can get the points, I find it worthwhile to get a lascannon over a ML almost every time. Especially for this list; you can match numbers with hordes.

For they psyker, I'd seriously consider shield of sanguinius. It''ll give your tanks or whatever 5++ cover save.

YOu dont' want plasma on assault troops as it is a rapid fire gun. That's why bikers rock plasma; they are relentless.

Looks like one of the better lists I've seen involving BA. Of course, Necrons help a lot.

For scaling back, I'd consider the Baal predator first. STR 6 is nice, but not critical. I'd probably lose a flyer at that point level as well. That limits your exposure to bad reserve dice.

That makes me think...... two flyers is a good reason to take divination to try to get the power that helps reserves. It's kind of a tough call. Waiting for flyers to show up can kill you.
