I was pondering this as i was working. I am new to 40k and i was working on my rhino kit and just wanted to know. Are all the vehicle kits frustrating or will it get better with more experience. Thanks

They can be frustrating, but with experience they get easier. The most annoying part is closing the gaps between the pieces, unfortunately for me at least that issue persists.

You will get better in time.
Here's some tips for the first time builder.
1. Slow down and take your time. Almost every first time builder I have ever met (including myself) builds way too fast.
2. Test fit the parts before you glue them. Explains itself, but cannot be stressed enough.
3. Use the right glue. For the Rhino, a good plastic glue (like Tamiya) will work great.
4. Use a sharp knife (or sprue cutters) to carefully remove the parts from the sprues, don't tear or break them off. Then carefully cut the remaining "nub" away.
Doing all four of these basic steps will save you an imense amount of future headache. Each of these steps still apply even when you've advanced to building ForgeWorld kits.

If you cant stomach it then you might want to try eBay and take the risk of getting a model that's either very used, very broken or assembled badly.
I've been fairly lucky so far myself, and have picked up quite a few bargains there that i have fixed up to a good standard.

Closing the gaps is the main issue i face on the rhino kit. I can put marines together pretty easy but the rhinos gaps are what kill me.

One part is age of the kit and another part is experience. The newer Chimera kits go together pretty well, and the Stormtalon was one of the most pleasant model-building experiences I've ever had. Rhinos aren't tough; you'll get used to them in time. Just be thankful you're not building the old Leman Russ or Chimera tanks though. Those were a goddamn nightmare to assemble. The hulls were usually warped, they involved these tiny wheels for the tracks, tracks would often end up looking kind of concave due to how they were put on the tread assemblies, and most variations involved heavy metal conversion bits that didn't quite fit or unbalanced parts of the tank.
The Rhino is an older kit, being from the early 2000s. As such, it doesn't have many options and doesn't have the best construction in the world. Give it time; all the Space Marine vehicles are pretty decent kits and will go together fairly easily with practice. Also, make sure you're dry-fitting to make sure things actually fit together before gluing, and if you need to keep things tight together so they glue, get some rubber bands and put them around the model.

doesnt it us all? liquid green stuff should be able to seal the tiny details. Drop Pods in my opinion are much more frustrating than rhino based vehicles

Everything gets better with practise. But my main advice would be dont rush it. Make sure you get rid of any seams etc then make sure you know how they fit before any glue comes out.
Have fun.
