I've come up with a colour that I think works for each of my models. It starts out just grey and then adding more red and metallic colours, such as gold and bronze.

This what I have so far.

The green on the Necron Lord really gets my attention. With the dark colour pallet of your army, it make him look extremely sinister. Nice work!

No, that's the traveller model. I achieved the glowing effect by priming everything black, but the areas with green are primed white. That way, it helps make the green stand out.
