Ive got a 1750 and am not too experienced with chaos dwarves yet so all help would be appreciated.

Id recommend to drop those hail shots, their short range are not worth it. stick with the regular weapons. Also drop the Daemon War Engine, give your army a magma cannon or two. Beside that it looks good

rocket launcher is really good as well as the magma cannon

The Mask is a great armor for a BSB as with a shield or grt weapon depending on whether you want defense or offense.
