The current version of kill teams is found in the back of the battle missions book, which is well worth a buy full of tonnes of cool scenarios to play.

the new rules are pretty interesting... you can find them on the site... sadly they need some house rules to allow all armies to make use of their toys (if you follow the rules, for example, a medic is useless since you cannot use abilities on other models, but come on... having the medic in your kill team is freaking awesome!)

There may be a reason for that... the ability to grant a unit wide FNP makes your kill team that much harder to kill. The limiting factor here is points and choices so allowing abilities to work across entire groups kinda defeats the purpose.

Well you can rock out a BA priest for 75 with a JP and in kill team a priest is actually a good invidual, and will most likely be your leader as well.

You could yes but tying up that many points for a single wound model may not be your best choice in such a tight point game.

Or drop the jump pack, get a 5 man unit of scouts with cloaks bolt guns and a heavy bolter, put them in cover and him out of Los. The sit there with your 2+ saves and FnP. Plus you have 50 points spare for something else.
