Or attack them once?

they use all their attacks. "one use only" doesn't mean that you can take only 1 shot. For example a Combi-plasma is 1 use but can make fire twice if under 12 and the same holds true for the maces.

One use only means you can use Smite once per game. think of missiles, etc - you fire them once and theyre gone

You then attack as normal, using this differnet weapon profile.
