i played a game with a friend and one of his models fell back after combat on turn one because he was the only model left. The next turn he failed the regroup check and fell back again. The turn after that (turn 3) he said he passed on the normal leadership of 9, because the unit is now that model, he doesn't have to do the double one leadership test, while the rule states that of less than 25% of the unit is left the unit must pass a double one leadership test. Who is right, my friend or the rulebook?
