Well I would unsquadron the russes. Its not as though its eating up your FOC.

Do the vehicles come with smoke launchers by default? Cant remember atm. If thats the case, loose all of them, sacrificing shooting for a 5+ is hardly great. I would also suggest getting hull heavy flamers over heavy bolters. If you intend to be stationary and pillbox, then go with the bolters, but typically I imagine you'd normally be moving. So with at least one always snapfiring it means it wont do much. So might as well do nothing and get a heavy flamer. Then when your in range, that 1 template would normally do more than the snapfiring HB over the whole game... and it ignores cover.

Could loose the krak grenades on the melt vets as well, doubt they'd be touching their targets. With these recycled points what I'd do is get the grenade launcher vets meltaguns. The best GL I've ever done is probably kill 2 ork slugga boys or something. I dont find them worth it normally. The meltaguns would also fit in better with the lascannon. Secondly I would get the flamer vets plasma guns instead. The hull heavy flamer will deal to anything close, and with bs4, its nice to let the vets make use of it. Plasma will again work better with the lascannon and gives you enough ap2 in one unit (or combined with the CCS) to deal to any sneaky terminators or equivalents. I've run flamer vets before, but typically as a suicide squad when I make a list specific for hordes like orks. I dont like to rely on suicide squads for TAC lists.

With that the couple of lasguns, but mostly heavy flamers, multi-lasers and battle cannons will deal to all infantry. Then the 2 squads of meltaguns and plasma guns can deal to all ranges of tanks and heavy infantry.
