And i know that i could just use lizardmen models, but i`m not really a fan of their style of weapons and armour, so i`d rather not use them.

Reaper's Reptus models are awesome, and a have beautiful armor and weapons. Not very "stone age" style that most lizardfolk are.

Brushfire's Scyzantium army is nothing but lizards (and a few tortoises).



There is also the Gatormen faction of Hordes.
