Starting a traitor Guard army and wanted a well used, almost abused, look to the vehicles. Using the hair spray and salt technique, although the salt doesn't really make much of a difference. Just taking a toothbrush to the paint layers on top of the hair spray produce decent results. What's nice is that with a wet toothbrush, a side effect is a nice dirty wash from all the rubbing. I forgot to scratch out the Imperial iconography on the side, so I'll have to paint an X over it or something. The other tanks in the army will be close to the same color scheme, the only thing that will differ is I'll also use some sick yellow/tan instead of the green on some. Thoughts on the progress so far?
