Planning an upcoming game with a friend who plays Orks, (battlewaggons, boys, Ghazgkhull and zogwort, etc.) Having done a brief search for answers I couldnt find any?

The question is does Zogwort's curse count as a shooting attack? And if it does can I look out sir when he tries to turn my HQ into a squig?

Old Zog doesnt have a BS iirc so cannot use a PSA

Zogs attack does not cause wounds and autohits the target, so no los

Autohitting has no bearing on whether you can use LOS!, but not causing wounds does.

I was referring to the previous post about it being a psa, as in it autohits

If you are taking Zog remember to discuss things with your opponent currently he can't use most of the abilities in the Ork codex as they are shooting attacks and his BS is 0. Your only reliable choice is to squig everything or agree that he can use the other powers anyway as they auto hit but RAW he can't even fire them...

Actually only two are PSA.

Frazzle and ZApp.

He can use the others just fine.

Strict RAW he can't use them, but i've only run across one TFG who insisted on the point for autohitting powers to not be allowed to go off due to a 0 BS. Same guy also claimed that Zog couldn't get LOS anyway, as he has no eyes..

Most reasonable players will let you use him as RAI, despite the goofy RAW.

So only half the time you couldn't use the other things you roll.... still not good odds which is why I said talk to your opponent.

I have no problem with him auto-hitting my HQ was wondering if i could look out sir the 'squighood' but as it doesn't cause a wound im just going to have to pray to the dice gods i beat him on the roll and kill him the turn after
