Thought up this silly scouts + standard of devastation list. One dimensional but would surprise a lot of people:

My only question is how do you get that many models covered by the effects of short range banner that won't make Imperial guard battle cannons quiver with excitement?

Yeah you're bunched up but do get a 2+ cover save. I was thinking interlocking lines so not so bad for blast markers. But perfect flamer formation...

also fairly light on at and aa fire. Good against infantry. If you only get 2 turns of shooting that's over 300 shots!

FYI Salvo works like this: moving, left/lower shots value at half range. Stationary, right/higher shots value at full range.
So that makes it 220 shots at 24 inches I think
