I mean, I understand that many peopel complain and have issues.
But their job is to listen to us and made the game better - not insult and tells us to 'get out of the hobby' every time we ask for something...

Are we sure that's the actual Director of Growth and not a fake account made for the purposes of making GW look bad?

I went on his facebook and this is what he wrote in about:
"I spent my childhood growing up in Bayonne N.J. I went to Bayonne High school. I went into the U.S.M.C. in 1990 and got out in 1994. I became a law enforcement officer in the city of Richmond Virginia from 1995 until 2004. I now work for Games Workshop North America as a Director for Growth and travel a lot!"
So much about being nice to his customers.

Director for Growth sounds like a made up title. TBone is a Director for Growth as well. He directed a massive growth out his posterior motive the other day.
