Are you sure about the Nelphelim? I personally thinks you could use those points better elsewhere. Like on a Libririan/Techmarine on bike to escort your command squad (more bodies and perhaps a powerfield generation to get an invul save)

While standard of fortitude make you more durable and think your damage output would be much better with standard of devastation.
