Tried searching the forum for this with no luck.

My understanding is that if my Heldrake is zooming, he must move 18" minimum, which is combat speed. This allows me to fire one weapon at ballistic skill, and all other weapons as snap shots, if eligible (no template).

Am I correct that if my Heldrake Vector Strikes, it cannot use its baleflamer that turn?

Zooming fliers can fire up to 4 weapons at full ballistic skill. This includes template weapons and blast marker weapons.

You're m,ixing up the rules for zooming flyers and hovering flyers. Hovering flyers use the fast skimmer rules, zooming flyers their own rules.
