I live in the middle of know where and i am waiting for my Codex to arrive in about a week and a half so i ask this ahead of time. Did Belial's Point Cost change change at all? im trying to re work my little army. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, Belial is now 190, but has the same options as before.

He is Inner circle, has deathwing assault, and he and the unit he's with don't scatter on deep strike.

190 points now. Has Precision Strike in shooting on a 5+ (only applicable to the Sword of Silence and Storm Bolter build of course), causes the terminator squad he is in not to scatter, and when he comes in off of Deep Strike his ranged weapons count as twin-linked (just like normal Deathwing). He unlocks Deathwing as troops and unlocks a Deathwing Command Squad for the army (just as any other character in TDA).

The Sword of Silence is now AP3 Fleshbane (2+) and master-crafted.

So overall a marked improvement and now he isn't so bloody undercosted that I feel bad fielding him with a TH/SS.
