I want to to build a jump/fast moving shooty army that can combat most things

I want to make a fast snooty and combat army and this is against other things I'm thinking of getting a couple of Baal preds maybe 5 10 man assault squads a storm raven sang priests and some fire support like sternguard. tactics? :3

No such thing. Blood Angels have no tactics, they just bleed everywhere and then your opponent wins.
