I'm a big fan of custom models made from real-world concepts i.e. Apache for a Vendetta, F-117 for a Lightning, Panzer IV for a Russ Vanquisher, etc. I was curious if anyone has seen some good 40k-scale (not necessarily 28mm but close) ATV's? By which I mean quads, 4-wheelers, mountain runners, whatever you call them. Think the style of the Mongoose from the Halo series (the only ones I found for Halo itself were 15mm). I don't know what I'd substitute them in for with my IG army (Rough Riders maybe?) but I'd love to model some. Anyone seen something like this?

Eureka miniatures do 4 and 6 wheel ATVs in 28mm for their modern SAS figure line.

Of course, they ARE a realistic 28mm scale and not GW's all-over-the-shop "scale" 28mm.

Britains UK makes a 1/32 scale quad-bike in its farm equipment range.

It would be a bit large but could work as a two or three man vehicle with guns mounted on the front and back.

That farm one could work I suppose, as a large one with guns as you said. Or perhaps as a medical quad, I could put a stretcher and wounded Guardsman on the back... Thanks! Though I am still searching for something smaller, a bit sleeker... Like I said, the Mongoose from Halo is a prime example. Something less bulky than strapping a pair of SM bikes together.

Also the SAS one is nice, but the trailer is a bit odd for what I'm looking for (scout/recon duty)
