In the Easterlings set, you never get enough spears and the ones you do get break off in ten seconds flat. I've decided that I'll make new spears with brass rod and I'll drill holes through the model's hand. In addition, I plan on converting some Warriors of Minas Tirith into Warriors of Arnor which have spears.

The thing is making spear-tips. How do you guys make them? They don't have to be the halberd ends of the Easterlings, just something uniform-ish.

Thanks

Are the spears fancy "fantasy" tips?

There are companies making steel wire spears with flattened and cut tips, but they look like real spears.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

I've seen pre-made steel and brass spears for 28mm models in both 2" and 4" (suitable for pikes) complete with speartips for sale from several makers.

I won't post local sources because you folks overseas tend to complain about shipping to the RoW being somewhat high.
(Kinda like how us down-under-ites do it for GW stuff).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
