It also states that the "older" looking one that is slightly cheaper is no longer available, so yeah, this must be a link to the old box.
And after looking at the turret it IS the older variant. I have a few I bought used and now i recognize it.

And different turret, different side plates, etc. All you've found is that for some reason the link to the old page is still valid even if you can't get to it normally, it isn't for sale anymore (and note the missing "buy" button).
