The same as below. There's a lot of points sunk into this guy. Do you need 2+, do you need hitting on 3+? You could be saving 70pts quite easily by making these RPs 103pts and 100pts. Rune Preist 130pts

Do you need Runic armor? That 2+ isn't exactly fantastic when compared to 3+ and a 4+ look out sir. 30pts is a lot for only 50% survival increase and no invulnerable save. I vote drop the RA. Elites
Lone wolf 105pts

SS Do the wolves soak up damage? I mean T4 effectively no save. They won't soak up more than a couple of bolter rounds or CC attacks. Wolf scouts pack 108 pts
-6 sniper rifles (intended to target
HQ's etc)
Garbage. Leave these at home. Sniper rifles are terrible at pretty much everything, the only reason anyone takes sniper scouts is for a cheap scoring unit. These aren't scoring, and barely cheap. Wolf scouts are terrible in 6th edition after losing the charge out of reserves. Troops
Grey hunters Pack (10) 190pts

PF Plasma pistol is way too expensive for something that will fire about once. Also, it doesn't fit well with flamers. What's it going to shoot at? A guardsman? A termigaunt?
Similarly, PFs are far too expensive for GHs. Grey hunters pack (10) 185 pts
-2x meltagun

PW -
PP MoTW is better than a power weapon. Especially when combined with a wolf standard. Again, drop the plasma pistrol 15pts is too expensive for something that shoots once or twice max. Grey hunters pack (10) 190 pts
-2x plasma gun

PW As above Grey hunters pack (5) 90 pts
-Flamer

PP Fast Attack
Swiftclaw biker pack 140 pts (I ran out of models and i do like bikes)

PF A lot of people will say these are useless, but they have definately had a buff this edition. Go for it, they could work, or they could get slaughtered. Although drop the plasma pistol, it's even worse on BS3 Claws. Heavy support
LR 250 pts
So what's going in this LR? I can't see anything in your list that's worth spending 250pts on to transport safely across the table. I'm aware of your model restrictions, but an LR really doesn't fit in this list whatsoever. LFS 130pts
3
ML 2
HB LFS 190
2
PC 2
LC 1ML
Both LF squads should be full on MLs. They're so incredibly cheap. Maybe throw an LC in there, but frankly the math shows it's not worth the extra points compared to the ML. Total 1851
Ok, so for one, you're over the points limit. If the points limit is 1850, you can't go 1851.
My major issue with all of the squads is throwing unneeded upgrades on them. Plasma pistols are horrible. Don't take them. Plasma guns on the other hand, are fantastic.
GH load out could use a tweak, I find this set up gaks on everything:
GHs x10
Special weapon x2
MotW Wolf Standard
Then add a power axe if you want. They can really put the hurt on just about anything in
CC.
For 1850 pts, you also don't have enough troops. Especially when
GHs are arguably
the best troops choice in any codex. You need more scoring units. If you don't have the models, play at lower points games until you do.
The
LR is a massive waste of points. It's a transport. The guns are a bonus. You have nothing worth spending 250pts on transporting. It needs to go.
Your list drastically lacks mobility. The bikers are the only thing that can move at speed, and thus will be targeted first, making their contribution rather small. You need
DPs or transports. I favor drop pods, but rhinos and razorbacks are still decent.
Oh and I'm not exaggerating with the wolf scouts. Don't ever use them, especially not as snipers. I've seen one use in 6th and that was a plasma death squad, but frankly, there are better ways of doing it as they don't get enough special weapons.
You also seem to be lacking anti-tank.
DP GHs with 2 meltas are good for this. Or
DP (or even
DS) wolf guard with combi-meltas do well too.
