Hi, bet I'm gonna look stupid for posting this but when I viewed a thread before it turned from orange to yellow so I could see which ones I had already seen - this is no longer the case although I haven't changed any settings. Any ideas?

That is a setting that is specific to your web browser. If you've cleared your cache or history locally that would reset it, and if your local system has some issue setting your history then that would break it too and keep them all the same colour.
