So I had this come up in a game the other day it was eldar vs eldar both our seers had dual runes but were unsure how it would work with Row and RoWi doea one overide the other? Do you roll 4 and take the 3 lowest? Anyway, any insight to this appreciated.

According to the eldar FAQ on the GW website, the runes cancel each other out, so neither effect is used. Roll 2D6.
