My tzeen army has 30 horrors (changling), 9 flamers and 10 screamers.
I have 20 beastmen gors and 10 beastmen centigors that I plan to convert. So for my army which of the following would suit it more:
- Bloodcrushers or Fiends of Slaan
- Bloodletter or Plaguebearers

Fiends are better than Bloodcrushers in the current environment. The 6th changes brought two nerfs to Bloodcrushers that really hurt them. They are now AP3 so they cannot take out 2+ armor save units and the changes to wound allocation means you can't take advantage of their 2 wounds to take a bunch of unsaved wounds before losing a model. Fiends are arguably better than they were before with the changes to Beast movement and the fact that rending is one of the only ways to get AP2 striking at initiative.

Plagues are better than Bloodletters by a mile. Bloodletters die in droves to shooting and still die in droves in CC because Furious Charge no longer gives +1 to initiative. The cost around 4 points too much in my opinion since they are truly glass cannons with no ability to protect themselves. Plagues are still mediocre but they are the most competitive of the Troop choices you have. I still use Horrors because I hate taking units that just camp objectives but most tournament lists used Plagues to fill out their troop choice.

It is worth keeping in mind however that numerous rumors point to new Daemon books coming out for pre-order in late Feb. (Hastings says so!)

I would bet eating my hat that Bloodcrushers for example will become true 'Cavalry' unit type, just like the CSM's Jugger did. That alone will seriously ramp-up their abilities since they'd then be just as fast as those Fiends in getting to grips with opponents.

For now I'd say wait and see what changes Tzeentch has planned for us...
Odds are pretty good for example that our Troops will all see pts reductions, while alot of our big hitters could likely be gaining new special rules and some pts adjustments to follow. (ie: Princes will almost certainly go up in pts, while I'd expect the Soul Grinder to gain either 'It Will Not Die!' or something very similar since it is a "true" daemon engine)

Besides, new books also mean shiny new toys!
