ATM I'm using maccrage blue and white scar. But I'm looking a simple better looking paint scheme, I'm gonna use ceramite White for the White but don't know for the blue.

Is this good, is there a better one?

oooo um white is one of those colors that IS NOT EASY lol. any mistake just tends to show up more n is harder to fix.

anyway:
prime white - duh
was with null oil - gets the shading out of the way early
paint black all the parts that are going to be back now and any metallic parts
then paint in with maccrage blue or kantor blue to base those parts for blue
wash them with the blue wash if you want or null oil, just what ever you think would work, n looks good

Next (n yes this will sound odd but a good paint job TAKES TIME N WORK):
cover up the white (not the washed recesses) with Celestra grey or Ulthuan grey - this just allows you to provide another layer of shading and detail, n just works great with white
go over the blue again with the base you used before just stay out of the recesses.

now go over the grey with white scar as thought you are adding another thick high light - the grey are what let the white show through like its actual white instead of the paint beneath... if that makes any scene lol
go over the metalic parts you painted black with leadbelcher
then a thick highlight with Altdorf guard blue
you can then cafully was with null oil the metallic- just be very caful
then highlight them with iron breaker

finally you can dry brush on Praxite white if you want.
add a highlight of calgar blue or dry brush eathirium blue

then add the detail like the eyes n maybe some... alot of blood splater

lars from awesome paint job has a great tutorial for painting white, just look up on youtube 'How to paint white scars" it should do the trick for ya
