If I declare a charge with a unit from 10" away, and that unit I am charging only consists of models armed with template weapons (burna boyz), am I immune to the Overwatch hits with the new out of range rule?

No, because wall of death states you never place the template, so you do not have a range to worry about.

Yup, template weapons have unlimited overwatch range.

Wall of Death specifically states that range is ignored.

It doesn't say so about LOS, though, so if you can charge from a position where not all of the Burna Boyz have LOS to your charging unit, not all of them will be able to WoD.
