How would I follow this colour scheme using games workshop paints?

Any advice is appreciated, but a step by step guide would be particularly helpful.
I'm willing to put time and money into my models, but this is my first time painting space marines so I would rather it was not too complicated.

(First post so I hope I'm in the right section/not asking too much)

I would basecoat dark reaper, layer on thunderhawk blue, and then highlight in ice blue

I'd definately use a couple of throw away figures to test various combinations, but you might be able to use Space Wolves Grey, with a very thinned blue wash to glaze.
