Hello All, I've just finished playing in my first tournament and managed a podium finish!
I've written up a tournament report for anyone who is interested.

Cheers and I hope you enjoy.

Congrats on the podium placing!
Thanks for the Tournament review/Bat reps, even though they werent the usual (high) standard i see on the Little Waaagh! blog, i can completely understand as there isnt much time in a tournament setting (which you noticed yourself, imagine if you were taking pictures..... )
I agree on the scenarios, they seemed modified in a very screwed kind of way, which seemed crippling to some armies and mightily in favour of others (i wont name names...).

Nice placing. Thanks for linking your report. I noticed you decided to go from 2 Level 4s to a Level 2 and a Level 1. Can you discuss that a bit more? What do you intend to buy instead?
I know you were hoping for Foot *and* Hand of Gork. Are you prepared to not have those even more often?

@ Revenant- Cheers, I did intend to make full battle reports but realised in Turn 2 of the first game that it was taking up too much time to take photos and notes.
@ Red Zeke - I meant scrapping the L4 Night Goblin for a L2 and a L1 NG shaman. I need the L4 Savage Orc Shaman for leadership as well as Hand and Foot.

No problem, thanks for sharing! Dont worry about not getting full Bat Reps out from your first Tourney, as i said, timing is everything and when you are struggling for time already then i think we can understand the Bat Reps sliding....
Ahhh i was confused about the missing Wizards as well, but that makes more sense with leaving one Level 4...

Looks like some great games! With such a horde army, it does sound like you'll need to practice like crazy and be able to play really fast to finish your games and get full points at a tournament. I look forward to hearing about further games and successes
