This seems alright, however, I'd take the meltas from at least two of the squads in order to handle infantry. Perhaps give them flamers. You could probably switch out one or two of the powerfists as well, you don't really need one in every squad. The targeting relay isn't worth it in my experience, so I'd get rid of that and maybe replace it with something else. Otherwise, this seems a solid drop list.

One other thing: I think you probably meant Librarian, not Liberian.

Seems you have 8 troop choices, you are only allowed 6 per FOC.

Plus helldrakes will ruin your day, following that if you are going with mass assault marines, throw some sang priests with JP;s in there as well

Needs AA for sure. Either a Stormraven or an ADL will do the trick. Also, in order to take 8 troop choices at 2k you will need a second HQ. Right now your list is illegal.
