Maybe I'm missing something here, but is it odd that most of the Dark Angels HQ choices do not possess the 'And They Shall Know No Fear' USR? The Techmarine, Command Squad, and Ravenwing Command Squad (oddly not the Deathwing) are the only HQ options that have it. This is my first time really looking through a Marine codex (am considering picking up some Dark Vengeance box sets) so maybe it's not that unusual, but it strikes me as odd. If it wasn't for the fact that NONE of the Dark Angels SCs have the rule I'd assume it was a misprinting/mistake.

My understanding is that it's because they all have fearless. ATSKNF is a little redundant if you have fearless anyways.

If they have inner circle they are fearless, see page 28 bottom left corner.

Not a problem at all, it's very easily missed.

It really matters if someone removes fearless with that one psychic power that I can't remember the name of, though.
