Well, you need a Warboss on bike, 150 pts, and several Nob Bikers, one model costs 50 pts with cyborg body. Then you need to take at least two power klaw. Let's see:

Warboss - 150 pts
6 Nob Bikers w/ power klaw (x2) - 350 pts
