I suggest 2 LC and in 1000 isn't 200 for the rp a bit too much

Agreed with Dreal, 200pts on HQ in 1k is a bit OTT in my opinion

For the second rune priest you could include a dakka pred, or a lone wolf, or wolf guard to tank hits on your long fangs, i just dont think its worth taking a 2nd RP in 1k

how about changing the one runepriest for AEGIS with icarus and making the 9 man into a 10 man squad with 2 melta?
its 15 for additional GH and 85 for icarus and aegis = 100 sharp

I like it I don't see the problem with having two RP. Yeah it might be expensive at this point level but you have a good troop core and a good heavy support option and in Space Wolves that's what matters most. The only thing I could think that needs to be changed would be to try and get a Chooser of the Slain for one of the RP to stop infiltrators and give him +1 BS.

But since that can't really be done I say stick with what you got except drop Jaws I know it seems cool but you're better off using Murderous Hurricane, might not have the same cool level of instant death but you'll be thankful when dropping a bunch of dice on your opponent's assault choice only to have him realize the true devastation when he has to roll saves for every move his unit makes muahahaha!
