Quick question, I searched the forum and was unable to find anything on this specifically.
Can a psyker cast a blessing on the transport he is embarked on? IE can a Libby in a rhino cast forewarning on the rhino? Or a landraider he is embarked upon?

Except for Farseers apparently:
Q: The Farseer Psychic Powers rules state that they do not require the Eldar Psyker to have line of sight to the target. Does this mean that they can be used by an Eldar psyker embarked on a Transport? (p28)
A: No.

Yeah, the FAQ'd Eldar powers to be inferior to Blessings, rather than superior.
