Quick question that everyone probably knows the answer to already...
If you were to cast Prescience on a Devastator squad while the Sergeant mans the Icarus, would he benefit from the Power?

Is the Sergeant a part of the unit that prescience was cast upon?
If yes then it affects him.

Standard Icarus Lascannon on ADL/Bastion is not TL. What he meant is using Prescience to get TL equivalent while firing Icarus.
