Jealous that Horus is Warmaster

Sorry if this is the wrong area of the forum, but I'm not sure if this should go into 'Painting & Modelling'.
I'm building a chaos army for 40k, and I require cultists and I don't have a lot of budget. I remember reading somewhere that there was this bulk package that sells 100 soldier miniatures at a decent price. Anyone can point me in the right direction?

No idea what you're thinking of there man, sorry. HOWEVER, I do know a ton of good mini companies that make relatively cheap and good looking military models, if you're not opposed to greenstuff, kitbashing, and mixing bitz.

Defiance games had some dirt cheap "space marines" kind of in the vibe of the Aliens Colonial marines, that were 24 for 30 bucks. If you can still find them, they'll be one of your cheaper options that still look decent. The company may or may not be dead in the water (nobody's really sure) so good luck finding them. They're called UAMC Marines.

Warlord makes excellent WWII infantry, the best for what you need would probably be their WWII Russians kit, which look like poorly armed peasants and workers (because... well, they are) They're coming 40 in a box for $46 last I checked, and would be a good kit if you just need as many bodies as possible.

Wargames factory makes Sci fi greatcoat troopers at 18 for $20. I would avoid these if possible. They're very static and I'm not a huge fan of them. They do come with lots of bitz though I guess, and come with good chaosy heads right out of the box.

If you're going for maximum value with no concern on quality, check out this link http://shop.princeaugust.ie/warzone-mutant-chronicles-wargame/warzone-games-expansion-sets/tg2420-1-warzone-mutant-chronicles-bag-of-80-plastic-soldiers/

That's 80 models for roughly $25 american. Can't hardly beat that. I'm not a huge fan of the looks, but for 50 cents a guy I think I'll live

Stealthy Space Wolves Scout

In ur base, killin ur d00dz

Dicebucket, cheapest way I know to build an army. Just don't go there hoping for HQ's and Special Characters because they only do troops and armour. For around $500 I have 1x Battleforce, 3x boxes of Grey Hunters, 2x boxes of WG Termis, 2x Razorbacks,1x box of TWC, 1x box of Fenrisian Wolves and a codex.

Ah! That last one was what I was looking for. I remembered the numbers wrongly, so thanks a lot!
I checked out all your suggestions, and I suppose for a tight budget the best are still the 80-a-box ones. Especially since I can just cut them up and say "Well.. Because Chaos!"

Thanks for the reply man, but I wasn't looking for actual 40k cultists since I've only just began and will only be gaming with friends and people at my FLGS, who're pretty chill about counts-as'.
