So im sitting here looking at the models I have to assemble (2 RW forces, 2 LS Vengeance, sammael and 2 RW knight squads) and im trying to decide what to do with these two land speeders. Ive thought about using the typhoons for the missile launchers, but theres also the tornado with a MM/AC that would let it be multirole as well.

And im not a magnetizer so whatever I pick im stuck with.

Thoughts?

My thought would be to look to the rest of your army and make your decisions....

Do you need anti-tank? MM/MM or MM/+ landspeeders
Do you need multi-purpose? Typhoon or HB/AC or HF/MM
Do you need cheap anti-personnel? HB/HB (HB/AC but this is a bit more pricey.

I would say with your 2 vengeance, you have anti-personnel covered add to that 2 RW knights with plasma you are going to chew up anything on foot. That leaves you with anti-tank or multi-purpose. Do you feel comfortable with 2 MM on your attack bikes or not? If not I would go MM/MM or MM/AC. Otherwise the typhoon will do you fine as a flexible cover for whatever you need.

Or just use magnets so you can swap your weapons depending on what you want to use.

I would go with the typhoon, I've had a lot of luck with it in the past.

Get Typhoons, return those garbage Vengeance Speeders and get more Typhoons.

Well the consensus seems to be typhoons, so ill look through the list again and probably go with them.

The two Vengeances are already assembled /shrug

Both Vengeance and no Darkshroud?

I would say make one Typhoon and one dual MM.

You need Darkshrouds against everything they increase your survivability well except for helldrakes, Baal Preds, and Land Raider Redeemers

Ill look into the Darkshroud in a proxy game or two after i get the army made, and see what happens. I may end up buying one at some point, but as it stands im tapped out hah
