Been wanting to do an army of Silver Skulls marines like this for a while. I initially was going to use the C:SM for this and have it feature bikes as Troops, with shooty Terminator support, but after reading over the DA list I think it will work perfectly for what I want to do.
However! I want the list to feel as close to a regular Space Marine force as possible, which means no special selections that clearly stand out as DA. So no DW Knights, no Ravenwing Command or Black Knights, and no DW Command Squads. No Nephilim or Darkshrounds or anything special and 'new'.
I always liked the Silver Skulls color scheme and look, and thought a biker force of that chapter would look great. Also, from reading the little story bits from the Necron codex, the Silver Skulls seem to be pretty hard-headed and intractable like the DA are, considering they lost a great deal of their numbers to Necrons. I felt that this stubbornness would be represented with the DA rules, and the Force Org mix-up that Azreal can bring would show how they have had to adapt their organization and tactics some in the face of a dwindling chapter.

Questions: should I get some anti-flyer options with a Aegis Defence Line and a quad gun? Not sure I have enough to really deal with flyers.
Thinking that Azreal would go with the tactical squad and the Techmarine would go with the Veteran squad, giving more of a punch to each unit.
I could add a power field to the Techmarine, but that might be too DA and it's pretty expensive.
Thoughts? Where should those unspent points go?
