Ok so I know the space marine codex is a little old but with Tigurius being a psyker lv 3 and knowing all powers from the codex, can I still get powers from divination? Would I have to give up my space marine powers and roll for 3 from the book? What powers would be preferred in a deep strike termi group? I am running a army where i want to drop some termies to take out 1 or 2 priority targets and camp obj with my tac, then using heavy support to fill gaps. would it be better to run a normal libby at 1500 pt? i would like to know cause i like tigurius for his reserve re rolls. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you very much.

I would sign this contract but I already ate the potato

From the FAQ:

Psychic Powers
A Space Marine Librarian (including Tigurius) may use the
psychic disciplines found in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook,
instead of those in Codex: Space Marines. If he does so,
generate two new powers from the Biomancy, Pyromancy,
Telepathy or Telekinesis disciplines (in any combination) before
armies are deployed. Tigurius instead generates three new
powers.

I think Tigurius is overpriced for what you get. That said, he does have some nice perks. In a list that has a lot of reserves you want to arrive at specific times, he can help make sure the order is right. Or just get everything on the table quick. But reserves show up quicker in 6th, so I'm not sure how useful that is.

Play a few games, see how it works. Then ask yourself if he was worth the ~100 extra points over a normal lib.

He can get one through Force Dome tough. The only problem with this is that it can be canceled.

Playing mostly Necromunda and Battletech, Malifaux is awesome too!
