Hey everyone,

So I am chugging along with my Orcs and Goblins and am getting close to basing them. I wanted to do fall themed basing, bright oranges, reds, and yellows. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good techniques to achieve this look. I plan on finishing up some of the black orcs very soon and will post pictures.

Attention Campers. Lunch has been canceled today, due to lack of hustle.......Deal with it.

Gale Force Nine do a range of autumn flock and foliage and this place and this place do tiny fallen leaves.

Hope it helps.

I have done this and I used my normal concrete basing and then I added some fallen leaves (bought them from secret weapon) and then added a little bit of snow (light covering). You could really just add those little touches to any type of base to make it more like fall.

Basecraft.com also hase some autumn kits for fall themes. worth a check.

Could check out google and type in mini leaf paper punch and check those out for a cost effective way, with construction paper and some varnish to make them more sturdy or maybe card stock. or just paint them and fold the leaves in ways to look more natural.

Bizarrely, fruit tea can look pretty good for cheap.
You know those berry ones that look lovely but taste rank, i will try and get some pics later.

If have a birch tree near by, you can break up its little pine cones into realistic looking leaves. just make sure they are dry.
