Hi everybody,

Just posting this up on behalf of The Spiky Club:

SVA is the Spiky Club's annual 40K campaign weekend. A light-hearted, light-footed 40K gaming event with a narrative campaign feel - a break from the cutthroat tournaments!

Or, at least, that's the plan...

This year is the unlucky thirteenth!

A whole sub-sector of Imperial space is poised on the brink of a great cataclysm, with the machinations of the dark gods seeking to bring about a terrible conjunction that will plunge all the worlds of the sector into chaos!

The weekend will be comprised of 5 games of varying size ranging from more standard 1750 to 2250 games including super heavies, down to small 400 point kill team games with special missions! The campaign is broken into 3 factions, with additional levels of plot and intrigue within each faction ensuring that this is an event that you can come to as a gamer on your own, and quickly be embroiled into a group of like minded plotters and schemers. Or come as a group already and pledge your allegiance to a particular faction as a group, ensuring you can all fight side by side (and shouldn't have to fight against one of your regular opponents!)
Lunch is included both days.

SVA will be taking place on the weekend of the 23rd and 24th of March, at our usual venue at the Post Office Social Club in Reading. The fee will be £30 for early entry, rising to £33 if you apply with less than two weeks to go.
