There aren't many other places, and none that I can think of right now where you can get multiple rank and file models, in plastic, and all similar (so they look like a coherent unit). Reaper does some stuff, Privateer Press' Warmachine/Hordes line might be decent depending, and Gamezone has some vampires.

The manic undead are more suited for vampire counts imo. They don't really have anything that fits the more egyptian themed tomb kings.

For Tomb Kings, you can always go with Wargames Factory Skeletons.

$20us for 30 Skeletons, with options for Sword/Spear and Shield or Bow. Because of how you build them, they also work for putting on GW Chariots and things like the Sphinx and Necro Knights.
