As far as I can tell, they are supposedly brilliant. Most of their N&R thread is filled with praise.

would you happen to know if they need to be treated like FW stuff? IE need to be washed before using?

My friend ordered from them and I have some stuff from them too, the quality is good, my friend bought some heads and they looked great, I received some cloaks from him as well and they were also great, postage seems fast as well from what i remember and prices are pretty good also, The guy who own the store and makes the parts is also very active on facebook and posts quite a bit on dakka also so he seems to be engaged in the community and seems friendly enough, overall seems like a great company with great stock.

Edit: Not sure if they need to be washed or not, I have used forgeworld and Anvil bits and the Anvil bits don't seem as shiny or "greasy" and I have painted right on top of it without washing and the results were fine with no problems at all.

hope this helps

I have a set of 10 of their Steam Knights (all but arms & weapons) that Im going to be using as 2 5 man SM squads. They are well cast, they shipped out and arrived in a timely manner. Ill order from them again for sure.

For future reference...Ill say the same about Puppets War. Shipped and arrived in a fair time frame, very nicely done products.

I know you get free shipping if you spend £50 or more (I think that is around $70-80) which is also good, although postage to US and Canada is only like £4 or $6-7 anyway for "fast and secure air mail". So postage seems very reasonable.
