Just for fun, I'm only putting out models that I have. If I had drop pods, I'd use them. I'm sure it's not a good list, but probably not terrible either.
Comments?
Rune Priest, Divination (100)
Wolf Priest + Runic Armor (120)
15 Blood Claws + 2 Meltaguns, + Power Axe (245)
10 Grey Hunters + Wolf Standard, MotW, 2 Meltaguns, Rhino (215)
10 Grey Hunters + Wolf Standard, MotW, 2 Plasmaguns, Rhino (220)
10 Grey Hunters + Wolf Standard, MotW, 2 Plasmaguns, Rhino (220)
5 TWC + 2 SS, Power Fist (335)
Land Raider Crusader + MM (260)
6 Long Fangs + 5 ML's (140)
6 Long Fangs + 5 ML's (140)
1995 Points
Wolf priest will go with the Blood Claws in the land raider and moves forward. Rune Priest hangs back with the Long Fangs. One unit of GH's (in Rhino) moves forward with the LR, vehicles give cover to TWC. The other two units of GH can either hold friendly objectives or react to the enemy.

I like it, I might give the Wolf Priest a Melta-Bomb to use that last 5 points and Anti-Tank

I like it, but where are the rune and wolf priests going? they cant join the claws assuming they are going in the crusader as it has max capacity of 15, the greys are all in rhinos, and that leaves the characters running on there tod or joining long fangs, which doesnt seem like a good idea...
Also drop the meltaguns on the blood claws, they are BS3 and a flamer is a better weapon choice for them as you dont have to roll to hit with there Guard like accuracy

yup, you'll need a LR redeemer to fit in the BC and the WP which is what you need to do. I would also drop the melta from the BC and give them flamers as their BS3 is a major weakness. If you want the WP to give preferred enemy to the BC, then you want it to be against infantry and not tanks, so meltas are pointless in my mind.

Scratch that, i just looked in the space wolf codex, it lists the crusader as able to carry 16 models not the 15 that it used to be able to, serves me right for not reading the dex when making my earlier post!
Even so i dont see where the Rune Priest is going? With the fangs?

The rune priest will hang out with the long fangs and provide re-rolls with divination.
That's a good point about the flamers vs. meltas on the BC's. I think exchanging the 2 meltas for 2 flamers will free up 5 points which I can then use with the 5 points I have left over to upgrade the wolf priest with a combi-melta. That way, the wolf priest can provide preferred enemy (infantry) to the blood claws and still have a chance to one shot a tank. Actually, the Crusader can fit 16 power armored models. So there is plenty of room for 15 blood claws and one wolf priest.

I would probably do what Anpu suggested earlier and give the WP a meltabomb instead of the Combi, as the Combi would require you to replace the Bolt Pistol, losing an attack in CC. Other than that, the list looks pretty solid; I usually like to have some sort of leader for TWC (whether it be a Lord or Battle Leader) but since you're tight on points the only real way to accomplish this would be to change the overall theme of the list from mech to footslog, or perhaps to drop the Rune Priest, which is probably not good enough of a trade-off.

The thing about a meltabomb is that for anti tank, you actually have to assault a vehicle. I don't want to assault a vehicle with my WP. I want to assault infantry that come out of the vehicle after it blows up from my melta.
On the other hand, the meltabomb could come in handy against a dreadnought or monstrous creature. But really only then. Honestly, i'd be better off upgrading the power axe on the BC's to a power fist with the extra 10 points.

It's a good point. Maybe I could drop one MotW from a plasma GH so that I could afford a powerfist with the BC's and the meltabomb with the WP.
