need advice, just not happy with the list, going to be facing a lot of marines and grey nights along with necron flier spam of 6+ ( 2 dooms, rest reg), all input and ideas are greatly appreciated, im not set in stone on my heavy supports and would like 1 more troop choice( maybe to sit back and support, hold an objective) thanks guys

Well this is actually a standard mech list and wont get much better. Mech kinda got worse with hull points and the addition of ap1 and 2 doing more damage but nothing to really do about that.

I would drop the russes, at least the demolisher. With the loss of lumbering hulk I feel their battlefield role has changed.

I would go with medusas or colosus. S10 AP1 is quite good and its easy to get cover behind the chimersa.

Also ignoring your opponents cover is really solid.

I dont mind the standard russ but 150 points for 1 battle cannon is pretty meh.

With the points I would add the aforementioned artillery and then see if you could add a 6th vets unit for 1 more chimera.

Did you give the chimeras heavy flamers? I am rather fond of that multilaser/flamers line up.
