No AA? That are 40 Warrior-shots, that's at least one HP
I think that you put too many points in the HQ/elite slot.
Double C'Than isn't something I would play in 1.5k points, nor would I play Imotekh (I just think he is overrated).

Well, it wouldn't be a cronzilla army without the double C'Tan and Spyders now would it ?

I personally love Imo, particularly in an army with a lot of CC elements like this one, but I always run him with a brick of 20. You could combine two, split one, and go with 20, 10, 5, 5. But that's just me. My experience with the 20 brick is combined with Phaeron it give you enough punch to take out something in CC if it happens to slip past your MCs.

I would also find away to get a second Scarab unit if at all possible. Maybe go a bit cheaper on the Shard upgrades?

Not sure Cron can really do a Zilla list with out FW and the Tomb Stalker. You got C'tan but can only take 3 or so, and then you got the Spider but they are really not that impressive as far as MC's go.

Oh and 10 points over kinda kills a the list for 1500.
