When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. "

Actually as per the FAQ its no one per 5 and 2 in a ten man squad but you are correct about the lord i can drop 3 cultists for it

I like the Slaanesh theme but in general you need some mobility. You have to stand still to use the S8 profile on the blastmasters which further hampers mobility. Personally I ditch the blastmasters and instead take the doom siren.

IoE is a bit spendy for small unit. If you are foot slogging it you might do better with a max unit of noise marines with the IoE. One annoying nerf in the new codex is you cannot give noise marines an extra cc weapon and a sonic blaster. (in 5th you could) Noise Marines really need to get into assault against other MEQ where their I5 is most useful. Regardless, you don't have to give every marine a sonic blaster. Put a few with no upgrades in front to absorb fire.
