Ideas for imporvment?

I would drop the thunderwolves. I think they are fun and can be very damaging but are usually easy enough to kill without a wolf lord for the 2+ save.

With the points I would invest in drop pods for the grey hunters. SW drop pod lists are awesome and it would give you 5 pods so you get a nice first turn smash! With the rest of the points I would drop the razorback and up the last GH squad to a full 10. They caould either stay behind the a line or advance with some plasmas.

I have only one drop pod ,i like your ideas but i cant follow them

I would say a good list. I've never used the thunder wolf cavalry mainly because my space wolves are only an ally until I get enough to have an army. But I do know my people take a lord on a mount to ride with them. But what type of targets are you usually going to go for with the cavalry?
