Hi all. Been lurking around the forums for a bit now and finally got round to signing up.

Complete newbie here. Don't know much about how WH etc works at all tbh. And unfortunately probably wont ever get into it i don't think. Its the assembly/painting side of things thats drew me into it.
But hey, never say never, right ?

I absolutely love the designs and artstyle etc 40k Any time id pass by the shops in and around town id always stop at the window and gaze in, without ever actually going in. Dunno why, but wish i had
But my wife got me a revell ship kit for Christmas there, and from researching that i eventually came across miniature painting and had a more in depth look at it. Decided, very quickly, to head into town and actually go into a GW shop.

Ive picked up a dark angels starter set, made a start on them, then went in a few days later and picked up a blister pack of cultists. Loving it so far and im about half way through both sets. Really enjoying it. Cant wait to advance up to weathering/ vehicles/ conversion work etc etc

Plan on getting some pics up for some feedback on what ive done so far with my cultists and DA .

But in the mean time, alot to learn still. Must dash!
