So, I want to make a BA list with Sanguinary Guardas troops or at least multiple units of Sanguinary Guard.

My question is this . . . . what is the best load out for SG?

I was thinking Priest w/ jump pack for FNP maybe w/ melta bombs
1 Power Fist for tank opening, monster smashing
This is where I get overwhelmed
Angelus bolt gun is pretty nice, should I get plasma pistols? If so, how many and who should carry them?
Should I take a power axe for extra ap2
How many squads should I take?
I have lots of other options available
20-30 assault troops ( jump packs or land raiders?)
Scouts with cloaks
Will definately have assault termies with SPriest
2 stormravens
Could throw in some Baal press and regular pred just for fun.

If you are running sanguinary guard, they are sorta like jump terminators. Lose the regular ones. You need more than 20 scoring models at 2K. Especially since you have little ranged firepower.

I would drop the assault termis in favor of another assault squad, need more numbers full stop, not just scoring wise

Yeah, I forgot about Dante, but still you are going to take casualties, because you really don't shoot back.
