I ordered myself some bits on boxing day, just some shoulder pads 'n' some jump packs, and some how or another the order got lost in their system.
They sorted it out, and tried again but the same thing happened (and a further time since) and its doing my head in!!
It wouldn't be so annoying if i could buy the bits in-store, but the only place to get them is online..
was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with games-workshop, and if they ever got passed it?

I always get my things delivered on time, and nothing has gotten lost. depending on how big my order is, sometimes I'll get my order delivered to my local GW store (lazy postman). You should try getting yours sent to yours, should have no problems.

I ordered some SoB blisters two weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped yet. I called today, and they apologized that they were having computer problems. I could accept that, but two weeks? Again, poor customer service, and it used to be pretty good.
